A Registered General Nurse and Non-Medical Prescriber with over 25-years’ experience in operating in the NHS and private healthcare settings. Lisa has a proven track record in transforming performance within healthcare organisations with a wealth of experience in participating in CQC and HMPPS inspections.

Lisa is a compassionate, formidable, and influential leader focused and driven to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered to patients. Lisa is passionate in delivering a culture of continuous learning, and providing educational opportunities to all healthcare professionals, enabling colleagues to reach their highest potential.

She is a senior sister at Salisbury District Hospital where she manages the Endoscopy Unit and the Radiology Interventional Service and has been instrumental in setting up several specialist services within her unit, namely the bowel scope and BCSP services, she has over eight years’ experience with GRS submissions.

Dov is an experienced Scrub nurse with over 12 years experience in theatres, specialising in Trauma and Orthopaedics. He has worked in various hospitals in both the NHS and private sector. With his wealth of knowledge and experience, he utilises it in delivering safe and excellent care to our patients as well as employ efficiency and continuous improvement to ensure positive productivity. He also has experience in quality improvement and has worked with NHSE in various theatre utilisation projects. He also has experience in Human factors training and is a faculty member of a team delivering human factors training in theatre.

Josephine began her career in dermatology as a newly qualified nurse in 2011. Since then she has held senior and specialist nurse roles both in the NHS and the private sector. She loves working in Dermatology, supporting people with the treatment and management of their skin condition in a variety of different ways, be it medically, surgically, using light based therapies or patient education and empowerment. In management positions she works with the wider management team to provide the best service possible for patients and develop nursing staff to be confident and competent in their work.

Khaled joined 18 Week Support as a lead nurse (Ophthalmology) since the inception of the company 2014. In a fast-changing healthcare practice and provision, his role is an ongoing process moving best practice forward for the benefits of patients. He leads by example, Inspirational to the wider multidisciplinary team and always contribute to towards better patient experience and clinical outcomes.

Working as a lead Nurse for Ophthalmology at 18Weeksupport it gave him the opportunity to push professional boundaries due to the wealth and experience I have in the Ophthalmology field. He always demonstrate flexibility, punctuality, honesty, and excellent team working ethics in the delivery of patient care. My aim is to maintain and monitor high standards of care, recognise, and respond proactively to patients changing clinical needs in every clinical setting.

After 6 years as Lead Nurse for Dermatology at 18 Week Support, and laterly, as a Senior Lead Nurse, her passion is for maintaining and improving standards and professionalism within our clinical workforce. She recently moved into the role of Senior Lead Nurse for Practice Development and Education.

Pravin has 11 years’ experience of working within the Decontamination of reusable medical device field as a highly experienced Decontamination Lead .
Pravin’s experience covers auditing and advising on decontamination best practice with training in BSG endoscopy leadership and management, Decontamination course for Managers, Management of flexible endoscopes, Management in Health and social care management, BSI Internal Auditor and risk management and Joint Advisory Group on GI Endoscopy (JETS workforce course). MSE in Health and Social care Management .

Reymar started his nursing career in the general emergency department and moved to ophthalmology for 20 plus years. He has been in the senior nursing roles for over 10 years. In his years in ophthalmology, he developed knowledge and skills in an advanced level and gained his independent prescribing allowing him to see and managed patients independently. He has worked with 18WS since the inception of the company as an ophthalmology lead nurse.

Her background is almost 20 years as an Operating Department Practitioner. Experienced in Scrub, anaesthetics and recovery. She also worked briefly in ITU during the pandemic. She has worked in NHS trusts in England and Wales. She also did a secondment as a Corporate Education Advisor for an NHS trust and previous to becoming an ODP I was a Quality Engineer.

Wyn joined 18 Week Support as medical director after almost a decade of working as medical director/ CMO in the NHS, independent sector and other organisations including government departments. Prior to this he had many years’ experience working as a Consultant surgeon with particular interests in service design, configuration and delivery as well as medical education and assessment and Wyn continues to work with the Royal College of Surgeons of England where he is a long standing member of the court of examiners.

Apart from involvement in virtually all aspects of 18 Week Support’s work, he oversees clinical governance across the organisation with particular emphasis on the quality of the multiple clinical services that are provided. Wyn also oversees and leads 18 Week Support’s group of clinical leads who in turn help shape our clinical services across our increasingly wide portfolio.
