Dr Ian Logan
Clinical Lead for DermatologyDr Ian Logan is a Consultant Dermatologist and Dermatological Surgeon at the London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust. In addition to his role in the dermatology clinical leadership team for 18 Week Support, Ian is chair of the clinical governance committee. His areas of expertise and interest include skin cancer management, adult general dermatology, skin surgery, dermatopathology, and quality improvement.

Josephine Millett
Dermatology Lead NurseJosephine began her career in dermatology as a newly qualified nurse in 2011. Since then she has held senior and specialist nurse roles both in the NHS and the private sector. She loves working in Dermatology, supporting people with the treatment and management of their skin condition in a variety of different ways, be it medically, surgically, using light based therapies or patient education and empowerment. In management positions she works with the wider management team to provide the best service possible for patients and develop nursing staff to be confident and competent in their work.

Liz Parrish
Senior Lead Nurse – Clinical Learning & DevelopmentAfter 6 years as Lead Nurse for Dermatology at 18 Week Support, and laterly, as a Senior Lead Nurse, her passion is for maintaining and improving standards and professionalism within our clinical workforce. She recently moved into the role of Senior Lead Nurse for Practice Development and Education.
What we do
18 Week Support’s insourced dermatology service offering includes general outpatient clinics, minor ops, two-week wait clinics and complex skin surgery.
We can see both first attendance and follow-up cases in our clinics and our consultant will follow all local referral pathways to ensure that those patients with complex skin conditions are referred to the appropriate specialist service. Our teams support across the full patient pathway from first attendance through to surgery, follow up and discharge.
